Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers and other assistive technology can understand page structure.
- Keep text readable with strong contrast against its background.
- Make pages work on phones, tablets, and desktop screens, and when text is zoomed.
- Let you navigate with a keyboard alone.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Label form fields on the contact form so they are announced correctly.
- Respect your system preference for reduced motion where animation is used.
Known limitations
This site has not yet had a formal third-party accessibility audit. The design uses bold display type, high-contrast colors, and a scrolling news ticker on some pages, and some of those elements may be harder to use for some visitors than we intend. If something gets in your way, we want to know.
Third-party content, such as embedded fonts and linked external sites, is outside our control.
Feedback and requests
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in another format, email security@lockedandsecured.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within [add response window] and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Ongoing work
We review accessibility whenever we add or change pages, and we will update this statement as we make improvements.
